Covid Entry Check: Singapore Travel Restrictions

Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Long Term Pass Holders (with valid approval letter for entry). Travellers (except citizens/PRs) who have been to India within the past 14 days before entry into Singapore must have a medical certificate in English with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, taken within 72 hours before departure from India.
Singapore specified that passengers with an Air Travel Pass approval letter who have stayed in New South Wales of Australia in the past 14 days are allowed to enter.
📝 Before your trip
You must obtain advance arrival permission to board your plane.
You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.

There are no routes that have greater restrictions at this time.
Singapore and China have agreed on reciprocal green lane (RGL) for essential business and official travel. Travellers must have a PCR test within 72 hours before departure and upon arrival. Travellers are also strongly encouraged to register and pre-pay for their post-arrival COVID-19 PCR test prior, as well as an accommodation booking in Singapore to serve out the isolation period for 1-2 days while waiting for the post-arrival COVID-19 PCR test result. A return air ticket is required.
