Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Citizens and long stay visa only, travellers with a 9(d), 13(a), 13(b), 13(c), 13(d), 13(e), 13(g), 47(a)(2), RA 7919, EO226, EO324 or Native-born visa issued by the Philippines, and a visa issued by Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan, Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, and Clark Development Corporation Travellers must have a reservation confirmation of a hotel approved by Tourism and Health Agencies and a completed "Case Investigation Form" must be presented upon arrival. Travelers traveling to Davao (DVO) must have a medical certificate with negative COVID-19 test result issued at most 72 hours before departure
Authorities banned the entry of travellers, excluding returning Filipino citizens, from 20 countries/territories affected by the new strain of COVID-19, namely Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and the UK

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 3 days of your arrival.

On Arrival you will be required to complete a test for Covid, with the cost borne by the traveller.
