Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), All arriving travellers, including returning residents and essential workers must present a medical document confirming that they have conducted a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test and tested negative; those who tested negative can self-quarantine for 14 days and those without the medical document will be quarantined at government facilities. Test results that are more than seven days old will not be accepted. Effective 26 September 2020, passengers could be subject to COVID-19 test on the 6th day after arrival.
