Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Business Travellers, Transit, Persons engaged in transportation of cargo, diplomatic staff and consular agents. Students with proof of being enrolled in a course in a Schengen Member State. Travellers must fill in an online sanitary control form (FCS) prior the departure https://www.spth.gob.es/create. Effective 23 November, inbound travellers from countries with high COVID-19 infection rates will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test administered not more than 72 hours prior to arrival, as part of a health control form that must be completed 48 hours before travel to the country
Spain started allowing medical certificates in French and German, introduced different medical certificate requirement for passengers traveling to the Canary islands and changed the list of countries from which passengers are required to have a medical certificate

You must obtain advance arrival permission to board your plane.
You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 3 days of your arrival.

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Aruba, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, French Polynesia, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova (Rep.), Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Palestinian Territory, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russian Fed., San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, St. Martin, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, USA, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates or United Kingdom - travellers from these countries must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT - PCR test result, taken 72 hours before arrival, effective 23 November 2020
