Can you enter?

Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Citizens and long stay visa only. From June 29, 2020, foreign nationals who wish to travel to Taiwan for reasons other than tourism and regular social visits may apply for a special entry permit with an R.O.C. overseas mission by submitting relevant documents and forms. Travellers with a Chinese Taipei passport or an Alien Resident Certificate without a medical certificate are subject to RT-PCR test upon arrival.

Authorities announced that all arrivals from the United Kingdom (UK) and all travellers who have visited the UK in the two weeks prior to arrival will be quarantined for 14 days at government-designated centres upon arrival and must be tested for COVID-19 prior to finishing the quarantine until further notice

You must obtain advance arrival permission to board your plane.
You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.
